「無菌室」"Clean room"

天井・かべ・は、断熱材入りのカラー鋼板製のクリーンルームパネルを使用し役物は、全てアルミ製を使用しております。
天井コーナー・壁コーナー・床面コーナー部は、埃の溜まり難いＲ形になっており衛生的な仕様になっています。
照明器具は経済性の高い蛍光灯形ＬＥＤ＆ＬＣＤを使用しております。

「洗浄機」"washing machine"

デキャッパーから送られた空ボトルの内部を自動ブラッシング洗浄します。
（薬品添加水・オゾン水）選択できます。
洗浄後充填機へ送ります。

(Chemical-added water / ozone water) can be selected.
After cleaning, it will be sent to the filling machine.

「デキャッパー」"Decapper"

投入された回収空ボトルの残キャップを抜き取り行程終了後洗浄機へ送ります。
Remove the remaining cap of the collected empty bottle that was put in and send it to the washing machine after the process is completed.

「水素チャージャー」"Hydrogen charger"

純度99.999％の水素（水素生成器又はボンベ入り）を使って低加圧（0.05〜0.1Mpa）の水素環境の中に二重逆サイクロン方式で水素を含有させた、高濃度水素水を造ることができる。
